Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement and tailor project-level BIM standards, including BEP templates, naming conventions, QA/QC checklists, and CDE folder structures.
  • •Oversee day-to-day BIM production for U.S. BIM staff and enterprise-capabilities teams, ensuring alignment to BEP, standards, scope, and agreed LOD/Information.
  • •Perform QA reviews, model health scoring, clash and coordination triage, and escalate persistent or systemic issues.
  • •Step in hands-on to produce, correct, or complete model content when deliverables are late, incomplete, or below standard, including Revit production across disciplines.
  • •Run model coordination and lifecycle integration (3D/4D/5D), automate repetitive tasks using Dynamo and Revit API scripts, and report monthly BIM KPIs and compliance metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with 6 years of relevant BIM/digital delivery experience, or an Associate’s degree with 8 years, or HS Diploma with 10 years (with relevant equivalency).
  • •2+ years of experience directly leading or coordinating multidisciplinary BIM work.
  • •Demonstrated experience establishing and enforcing BIM standards and overseeing multidisciplinary teams, preferably within the U.S. market.
  • •Strong hands-on Revit skills, with the ability to produce or correct model content across disciplines.
  • •Ability to coordinate and perform QA on offshore/enterprise-capabilities team outputs and hold remote teams accountable to standards and schedule.
