Key Responsibilities

  • •Draft and deliver stakeholder engagement strategies to help clients deliver infrastructure projects across the UK.
  • •Write clear communications, manage design and print processes, and support communities understanding project impact.
  • •Publish communications, organise events, and run surveys to enable questions and feedback.
  • •Interpret and present feedback using data to develop projects responsibly, and manage the reporting process.
  • •Provide communication and engagement advice and activities (e.g., virtual consultation rooms, posters, banners, public-facing maps) and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams while managing timelines, budgets, and resources.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience delivering communications and stakeholder engagement on complex infrastructure projects, ideally in a consultancy environment.
  • •Degree-qualified (or equivalent) with relevant experience in communications, engagement, or an advisory role.
  • •Sector experience in transport, utilities, water, environment, or energy is desirable.
  • •Proven stakeholder management experience across clients and partners.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills, including reports and engagement materials.
