Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and lead medium to high complexity employee relations investigations, partnering with stakeholders to ensure timely closure.
  • •Develop disciplinary recommendation risk assessments and keep disciplinary policies, procedures, practices, and documentation up to date.
  • •Examine case studies and contribute to the evolution of the global employee relations framework, including programs, policies, procedures, practices, and system enhancements.
  • •Deliver employee communications related to talent management initiatives and keep employees informed about employee relations and talent management updates.
  • •Act as an expert ER consultant on complex HR escalations, ensuring compliance with applicable employment laws and company policies, and represent the organization in tribunal/mediation cases.

Key Requirements

  • •Four-year or graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Relations, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
  • •Typically 7–10 years of work experience in Employee Relations, HR Generalist, HR compliance, Labor Relations, or Employment & Labor Law.
  • •Experience managing medium to high complexity employee relations investigations with timely case closure.
  • •Ability to provide expert ER consultation and guidance on performance management (reviews, improvement plans, feedback conversations).
  • •Knowledge of employment laws/regulations and company policies to ensure compliance, including disciplinary risk assessment and reporting.
