Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and manage governance, communication and management control systems for delivery of client services and works.
  • •Interface management between contractors and ensure alignment of party structures.
  • •Lead site progress reviews and monitor HSE, logistics and progress against the programme.
  • •Produce formal reports on progress against baseline, milestones and KPIs; present to Employer’s representative.
  • •Manage relevant contracts and the timely issuance of invoices and receipts.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years of experience in construction.
  • •Bachelor's Degree or related construction experience.
  • •Data Center or other large mission critical infrastructure experience.
  • •Strong written, verbal and analytical skills; able to collaborate with internal and external resources.
  • •Line Management experience; strong commercial awareness including financial management for project tracking and forecasting.
