Claims Analyst (Milan, IT, 20145)

Design and implement a management controlling system to monitor ordinary business and strategic initiatives within the Claims Department. Track initiative results and evaluate their impact on financial statements, while updating plan priorities based on observed performance. Coordinate reporting preparation and updates at Allianz Group level and collaborate with internal units and global operating entities to deploy plan initiatives and ensure targets are met.
