Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all interface activities in alignment with the overall project planning and logistics framework, covering pre-construction and delivery phases.
  • •Develop and implement interface strategy, including logistics, construction integration, and security strategies.
  • •Review the client Interface Agreement and recommend/implement updates to align with the interface strategy and delivery objectives.
  • •Engage relevant client departments and external stakeholders to develop and maintain interface arrangements, including coordination across work packages.
  • •Ensure activities are delivered in line with HSSEQ, scope, schedule, and budget requirements, including guidance to the interface team and support for specifications/standards/testing acceptance.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in interface, construction, and project management on large-scale, complex projects through to handover.
  • •Demonstrated expertise across the full project lifecycle, including delivery planning and execution.
  • •Strong capability integrating complex, multidisciplinary projects and coordinating contractors/consultants in regulated environments, including NEC contracts.
  • •Experience working in safety-critical environments with a focus on HSSEQ and embedding safety best practices.
  • •Effective stakeholder engagement across organizational levels to influence process improvements and support delivery/reporting.
