Job Summary

Develop and improve electronic hardware for fire alarm and life-safety systems, spanning hardware architecture, schematics, verification, PCB integration, and product lifecycle support. Ensure EMC compliance (EN 50130-4) and product safety (EN 62368-1), support EMC analysis and certification testing, and troubleshoot hardware, EMC, and manufacturing issues. Build test setups and Python-based validation applications while collaborating closely with firmware, software, mechanical, manufacturing, and quality teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop hardware architectures, schematics, and design documentation.
•Design analog/digital circuits for microcontroller-based systems and support PCB layout, design reviews, and integration.
•Ensure EMC compliance (EN 50130-4) and product safety (EN 62368-1), including pre-compliance work and certification testing support.
•Investigate and resolve hardware, EMC, and manufacturing issues; perform troubleshooting and root-cause analysis with corrective actions.
•Maintain released products, manage component obsolescence, implement design improvements, and develop Python-based test setups for verification and validation.

Key Requirements
