Job Summary

Serve as senior counsel on TikTok’s Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption (ABAC) program within the Global Legal Compliance team. Advise internal stakeholders on ABAC risks tied to gifts, entertainment, sponsorships, donations, and interactions with public officials. Build and mature ABAC policies, run risk assessments, support third-party and M&A due diligence, deliver ABAC training, and help monitor for red flags and support investigations and regulatory inquiries.

Key Requirements

•Juris Doctorate (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school and qualified to practice law in the U.S., with a bachelor’s degree.
•Multiple years of legal and compliance experience in international law firms and/or in-house with multinational companies, with demonstrated ABAC expertise.
•Strong familiarity with regulatory agencies and frameworks relevant to anti-bribery and corruption compliance.
•Expert-level analytical skills and exceptional judgment for complex ABAC issues.
•Ability to work effectively across global time zones and provide practical, ethics-driven recommendations to the business.
