Staff Nurse - Ward

Provide safe, effective, compassionate inpatient care across ward services. Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized care programmes, monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, and support patients through admission to discharge. Maintain accurate records and ensure effective clinical handovers while collaborating with consultants and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care, strengthen clinical governance, and support patient safety, infection prevention, and risk management.
