Job Summary

Provide end-to-end operational and customer service support for a portfolio within Community Banking. Execute account opening, maintenance, and service requests, ensuring documentation completeness, accuracy, and compliance. Coordinate with Operations, Compliance, Legal, and Risk teams to meet client timelines, support KYC/ODD and client profile updates, and handle routine enquiries. Track requests in CRM/BPM, assist with complaint follow-up, and escalate risks or compliance concerns to the Regional Manager.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide operational and customer service support to the Regional Manager and assigned Relationship Managers.
•Manage end-to-end processing of account opening, maintenance, and service requests for portfolio clients.
•Review and prepare documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
•Coordinate with internal departments (Operations, Compliance, Legal, Risk) to ensure timely execution of client requests.
•Support KYC/ODD updates and client profile maintenance, track requests in CRM/BPM, and follow up on pending cases while escalating risks or compliance concerns.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in any field.
•Internship experience in a customer service or administrative role (preferably in banking).
•Efficient and effective computer and MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
•Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
•Awareness of AML and compliance matters (training will be provided).
