Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • •Minimum 8 years in a manufacturing supervisory or management role with leadership of multiple supervisor-level direct reports.
  • •Extensive experience managing production schedules, manpower planning (vacation and overtime), and coordinating process flows across departments.
  • •In-depth knowledge of manufacturing systems, including material flow, quality systems, and process control techniques.
