Regional Sales Director

Lead regional sales strategy and performance by overseeing Regional Sales Managers, running quarterly and annual planning, and setting goals, quotas, forecasts, and budgets. Drive enterprise opportunity identification, customer satisfaction, and relationship development across Singapore, Malaysia, and Philippines markets. Coach, mentor, and develop sales leaders while coordinating with Channel, Marketing, Sales Operations, System Engineering, Services Customer Support, and Product Development. Remote in Singapore with travel up to 50%.
