Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive repair orders from dispatcher and work in the stall area.
  • •Perform repairs as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy.
  • •Diagnose malfunctions, perform repairs, and communicate with the parts department to obtain needed parts.
  • •Examine vehicles for additional safety or service work, and notify service advisors when additional work isn’t needed or repairs can’t be completed by the promised time.
  • •Supervise any apprentice technicians, attend factory-sponsored training, road-test when required, and document work performed.
