Key Responsibilities

  • •Support new product and service launches by meeting state licensing and reporting requirements across areas like money transmission, servicing/collections, lending, and international expansion.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally to meet regulatory licensing and reporting obligations and maintain a central repository of licensing and reporting workflows and guidance.
  • •Interpret, prepare, and submit state licensing annual reports, MSB call reports, and other regulatory obligations, including supervision of filings in a licensing management tool.
  • •Lead preparation of renewal applications and other forms for various licensing jurisdictions, including coordinating NMLS licensing and reporting filings.
  • •Analyze and develop new processes, leveraging AI, to improve efficiency within the licensing program and build licensing requirements into the licensing management tool.

Key Requirements

  • •5 years of licensing, compliance, or regulatory experience, ideally in consumer financial services.
