Build and foster client relationships through proactive outreach and follow-up across in-person, appointment, and virtual channels. Assess customers’ banking needs, gather and process account information, and educate clients on deposit and loan products, including digital and self-service options. Provide an optimal client experience by greeting customers, processing basic transactions, opening new accounts, completing service requests, and submitting credit applications while partnering with branch teams.
