Serve as a frontlines technical consultant for Enterprise and Strategic Enterprise accounts running Oracle Fusion Cloud. You’ll partner with Customer Activation and Account Management to define success criteria, design scalable financial and technical solutions, and guide Oracle Fusion integration, configuration, and system design. Troubleshoot integration blockers, recommend best-fit Ramp architecture (including when to use Ramp APIs), and channel customer pain points into Product and Engineering roadmaps to improve outcomes at scale.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the primary technical consultant for Enterprise and Strategic Enterprise accounts running Oracle Fusion, supporting complex multi-entity and multi-ERP environments.
•Advise customers and internal teams during high-value implementations and expansions by guiding Oracle Fusion integration, configuration, and system design.
•Partner with Customer Activation and Account Management to assess requirements and propose scalable solutions involving Oracle Fusion, HRIS, and API integrations.
•Collaborate with onboarding specialists and implementation leads to support technical workstreams and improve time-to-value.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, business, or a related field.
•4+ years in technical consulting, solutions engineering, implementation, or a similar customer-facing technical role (ideally SaaS/fintech).
•3+ years of hands-on experience working with Oracle Fusion Cloud, including financials modules, integration patterns, and enterprise deployment models.
•Deep familiarity with Oracle Fusion finance and accounting workflows, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Subledger Accounting, and multi-org structures.
•Comfort working with APIs, integration logic, and system architecture and explaining concepts to finance and operations stakeholders.
