HCBS Incident Investigator

Develop, implement, and oversee incident reporting for members and the organization, including identification, investigation, monitoring, and compliance assurance. Coordinate incident reporting education, partner with a state-contracted investigation organization, and investigate incidents outside their scope. Review clinical documentation to determine substantiation and support prevention plan decisions, audits, and regulatory compliance across CMS, Ohio Department of Medicaid, and Ohio Administrative Code requirements.
