Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop a general Network Engineering team covering enterprise routing/switching, cloud networking, network security, visibility, and observability platforms.
  • •Own operational delivery, service health, and continuous improvement across the network domain; set priorities and ensure milestones, SLAs, and customer expectations are met.
  • •Provide people leadership through coaching, performance management, career development, hiring support, and retention; foster accountability and collaboration.
  • •Champion and evaluate new networking, cloud, security, and observability technologies, driving adoption that improves reliability, security posture, automation, and operational efficiency.
  • •Serve as the primary escalation point for complex network and operational issues; coordinate with cross-domain teams on architecture decisions and high-risk changes.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS (or equivalent experience).
  • •5+ years of progressive enterprise network engineering and operations experience, including people leadership/technical management overseeing network engineering teams.
  • •Hands-on and architectural knowledge of Cisco routing and switching (enterprise campus, data center, WAN) plus modern routing protocols and network design best practices.
  • •Practical cloud networking experience across AWS/Azure/GCP, including VPC/VNets, transit architectures, hybrid connectivity, and cloud-native networking services.
  • •Experience with network security and visibility: next-gen firewalls and SASE platforms, microsegmentation, and enterprise monitoring/observability tools.
