Job Summary

Build “one-click” frontend experiences for lead generation and order submission workflows across Title & Escrow, Insurance, Mortgage, and Home Warranty. Lead frontend legacy migrations to the integrated Home Platform with zero disruption, partner with backend engineers to consume internal APIs and partner integrations via gRPC, and implement complex UI business logic. Write testable, high-performance React code, improve accessibility and performance, and help modernize CI/CD and build pipelines.

•Drive frontend legacy migrations from legacy systems into the integrated platform without disruption to metrics or satisfaction.
•Partner with backend engineers to securely consume internal APIs and third-party partner integrations (e.g., Assurant, GRA, Origin Point).
•Implement complex UI-tier business logic including multi-tenancy rules, form validations, and complex state management.
•Write high-quality, testable, high-performance code and champion frontend best practices, accessibility, and performance through design reviews.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 149,580 - 166,200 annually

•Strong understanding of web performance optimization, accessibility (a11y), and cross-browser compatibility.
•Experience integrating frontend applications with backend microservices via gRPC; plus willingness to help with backend services when needed.
