Key Responsibilities

  • •Undertake the design and review of structural elements on water and wastewater infrastructure projects, including reservoirs, pump stations, pipeline structures, and treatment units.
  • •Prepare structural calculation reports and perform design calculations using Excel and in-house software.
  • •Apply strong design skills for concrete and steel structures, ensuring safety in design throughout the project work.
  • •Correlate and interpret data from supporting interdisciplinary teams and coordinate effectively with other disciplines.
  • •Perform and ensure quality control reviews of design calculations and drawings.

Key Requirements

  • •3 to 6 years of experience as a structural design engineer, preferably for water and wastewater-related design projects.
  • •Strong structural analysis and design skills, including preparation of structural calculation reports.
  • •Excellent design skills for concrete and steel structures.
  • •Familiarity with international codes, including Eurocodes and American codes of practice.
  • •Experience using structural software such as Autodesk Robot, STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAFE, and SAP 2000.
