Key Responsibilities

  • •Support and drive the MPM strategy locally within the region and deliver assigned provider network objectives individually or with local MPM resources.
  • •Consolidate, integrate, maintain, and develop a single AP Medical Provider Network in the region.
  • •Lead procurement activities: manage empanelment requests, negotiate provider contracts, and handle tariff negotiations/renegotiations and new service inclusions.
  • •Implement Local & Regional DOAP, maintain desktop procedures/checklists, and ensure compliance, reporting, and tracker/dashboard upkeep.
  • •Monitor provider performance and manage MPM complaint investigations, closures, and escalations as needed, including maintaining provider data and portal updates.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree; medical background preferred.
  • •3-5 years of experience in a network administration environment, preferably hospitals, insurance companies, or TPAs.
  • •Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • •Ability to analyze costs and support tariff negotiations to reduce claim costs and maintain competitive tariffs.
  • •Legally permitted to work in the country of operations; adaptable, process-minded, and able to work under pressure.
