Job Summary

Lead FP&A and accounting for Emerson’s Rosemount Tank Radar business, setting strategies that support growth and profitability. Own accounting operations, monthly closing, profit review, and cash flow control including CAPEX and inventory. Serve as a finance business partner for commercial planning, manage statutory accounts and reporting (including audits), and ensure compliance with local statutory rules plus US GAAP and SOX. Drive finance team development and build BI/automation for real-time insights.

Key Responsibilities

•Establish finance strategies to support growth and profitability and provide financial partnership to the organization.
•Oversee accounting operations, including timely and accurate financial data submission and monthly closing.
•Control cash flows, including inventory and CAPEX, and run profit review and Sales & Operations Planning processes.
•Communicate quarterly risk/upside to relevant stakeholders and actively participate in order & sales operational reviews.
•Drive statutory accounts and statutory reporting (including statutory audits), ensure compliance with local requirements plus US GAAP/SOX and Emerson policies.

Key Requirements

•Management experience and a genuine interest in leadership.
•Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance and/or Business Administration.
•Professional skills covering manufacturing industry finance, accounting, FP&A, business control, legal, and ERP/IT/BI systems.
•Strong understanding of financial data integrity, reporting, and compliance requirements.
•Familiarity with the Swedish/European legal and financial landscape; fluency in English and preferably Swedish.
