Job Summary

Review and analyze curricula and program assessment requirements to define validated assessment requirements, learning objectives, and lesson plans. Develop practical application assessments using integrated scenarios across advanced joint training programs. Ensure training solutions align to requirements, and support instructor preparation by sequencing, scheduling, observing, and evaluating delivery and/or data to provide feedback to leadership for coordinated training program management.

Key Responsibilities

•Review and analyze curricula and program assessment requirements to identify, articulate, and validate new assessment requirements.
•Create new learning objectives and develop lesson plans incorporating instructional strategies for testing and evaluation.
•Develop integrated scenario-based practical application assessments that can be used across multiple training programs.
•Ensure training solutions are aligned to the stated requirements and support instructor preparation for delivery and evaluation.
•Sequence, schedule, and observe/evaluate delivery and/or delivery data, providing feedback/data to leadership for assessment and program management.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 10 years of experience reviewing and analyzing multiple curricula and program assessment requirements.
•Minimum 10 years of experience conducting analysis to identify, articulate, and validate new assessment requirements and learning objectives.
•Minimum 10 years of experience developing lesson plans incorporating instructional strategies for testing and evaluation.
•Minimum 10 years of experience assisting with instructor preparation to sequence, schedule, and observe/evaluate delivery and delivery data for feedback.
•Master’s degree in Education, Information Systems, Business, or other technology (or equivalent with a bachelor’s degree plus 4 additional years of experience).
