Job Summary

Support Treasury Management clients by handling inbound service calls, troubleshooting TM platform access, and completing follow-ups for account maintenance and information requests. Key Responsibilities

•Handle inbound service calls from Treasury Management clients, including access issues, troubleshooting, password resets, and deposit/loan account inquiries.
•Perform onboarding and maintenance of Treasury Management products and services (Business Online Banking, TM Online, ACH origination, wires, positive pay, lockbox, cash vault, remote deposit capture, BAI, EDI, sweeps, and CDARS).
•Implement account analysis pricing and provide client training for Treasury Management products and services, including assisting with demos for potential clients.
•Complete client follow-up after inbound calls, including account maintenance requests, records research, appropriate mailings, and related outbound calls or callbacks.
•Execute trades for the Mutual Fund Sweep product and perform/record User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and file format validation for system compatibility.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent required.
•Three (3) years of experience in Treasury Management, Accounting, or related field is preferred.
•Above-average analytical ability.
•Proficient reading, writing, and grammar skills.
•Proficient analytical and mathematical skills, with strong communicative and interpersonal relations.
