Job Summary

Perform land surveying for properties and sites to support construction, alterations, valuations, land use, and map making. Analyze and inspect sites to establish boundaries, determine coordinates, and record survey results. Prepare sketches, maps, reports, and legal descriptions with high accuracy, including daily submissions and proposal support. Supervise and train assistants on-site, ensure HSE compliance, and provide AutoCAD files and summaries for project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Analyze, measure, and inspect properties and sites to establish property boundaries.
•Prepare and maintain sketches, maps, reports, and legal descriptions; record survey results including shape, contour, location, elevation, and dimensions.
•Determine longitudes and latitudes of important features and boundaries using theodolites, transits, levels, and GPS, and submit daily/weekly/monthly coordinate reports.
•Submit daily surveying reports (including AutoCAD files for spatial aspects) with high accuracy to support construction planning and stakeholders (PM, CM, QS, etc.).
•Train, supervise, and direct assistants and land surveyors on-site, ensuring HSE compliance and zero-loss-time incidents (LTIs).

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
•Minimum 5 years working experience with 3 years relevant experience.
•Proficient understanding of land surveying principles, techniques, and equipment.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret survey data and resolve discrepancies.
•ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills.
