Define the AI and data foundation that helps Trust & Safety scale decision intelligence, automation, and operational excellence. You’ll set target-state architectures, create reusable data/AI patterns, and design AI-ready data models and intelligent workflows. Partner across AI, data, product, engineering, and safety to integrate safety knowledge and operational signals, architect GenAI approaches like RAG and knowledge systems, and guide experiments into reliable, governed production systems.

Key Responsibilities

•Establish target-state AI & data architecture for Trust & Safety data and AI capabilities, including knowledge systems and intelligent workflows
•Develop reusable architecture principles, standards, and patterns across Trust & Safety teams
•Design AI-ready data models and data products to support analytics, machine learning, and GenAI applications
•Architect next-generation AI solutions such as RAG, knowledge systems, AI agents, and human-in-the-loop workflows
•Serve as a design authority, create reference architectures for responsible AI adoption, and mentor teams to raise architecture maturity

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in data architecture, AI systems, machine learning platforms, or related technical domains
•Design scalable data ecosystems and AI-enabled applications
•Deep understanding of data architecture, the machine learning lifecycle, GenAI architecture patterns (e.g., RAG, embeddings, knowledge systems), and responsible AI practices
•Translate ambiguous business problems into scalable technical solutions and influence technical and non-technical stakeholders
•Experience building AI systems in large-scale consumer platforms (preferred)
