Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish target-state AI & data architecture for Trust & Safety data and AI capabilities, including knowledge systems and intelligent workflows
  • •Develop reusable architecture principles, standards, and patterns across Trust & Safety teams
  • •Design AI-ready data models and data products to support analytics, machine learning, and GenAI applications
  • •Architect next-generation AI solutions such as RAG, knowledge systems, AI agents, and human-in-the-loop workflows
  • •Serve as a design authority, create reference architectures for responsible AI adoption, and mentor teams to raise architecture maturity

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in data architecture, AI systems, machine learning platforms, or related technical domains
  • •Design scalable data ecosystems and AI-enabled applications
  • •Deep understanding of data architecture, the machine learning lifecycle, GenAI architecture patterns (e.g., RAG, embeddings, knowledge systems), and responsible AI practices
  • •Translate ambiguous business problems into scalable technical solutions and influence technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • •Experience building AI systems in large-scale consumer platforms (preferred)
