Key Responsibilities

  • •Rapidly develop high-reliability electronics for rockets and spacecraft.
  • •Drive system trade studies and requirements capture through analysis, schematic capture, prototyping, bring-up, debugging, documentation, manufacturing, and test.
  • •Design, analyze, and test DC-DC power converters and power distribution products for harsh environments.
  • •Perform electrical power system/sub-system-level design trades and develop requirements.
  • •Collaborate cross-team to improve efficiency, manufacturability, and reliability by driving changes and challenging assumptions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (or similar).
  • •1+ years designing, building, or testing circuit boards or other electronics (research, internships, extracurricular academic projects qualify).
  • •Experience designing switching power converters and power magnetics for high-reliability applications.
  • •Experience with circuit board layout for switching power converters or high-speed digital applications.
  • •Ability to work in a fast-paced, autonomously driven environment with strong verbal and written communication.
