Laser/Optics/Mechanical Lab Technician (Associate, Mid-Level or Senior)

Support the Air Force Research Lab at Starfire Optical Range by planning, conducting, and documenting tests for optical, electronic, laser, and mechanical systems. Troubleshoot complex laboratory and test issues, coordinate test lab activities, and assist with maintenance, repairs, and optical alignment. Serve as a trained crew member for telescope and mount operations while supporting emergency response coordination with safety and hazardous materials teams.
