Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer and support Microsoft Entra ID and hybrid Active Directory environments, including identity lifecycle management (onboarding, transfers, offboarding) and RBAC/privileged access controls.
  • •Design and optimize conditional access policies, MFA, passwordless authentication, identity protection, access reviews, entitlement management, and privileged identity management (PIM).
  • •Implement security controls for enterprise identities and privileged accounts, and investigate/remediate identity-related security findings and vulnerabilities from audits and assessments.
  • •Support compliance and governance via evidence gathering using frameworks such as NIST, PCI-DSS, CIS Controls, and the Security Control Framework (CSF), including periodic entitlement reviews and access certification.
  • •Improve operational excellence by developing automation with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph, enhancing monitoring/logging/alerting, and streamlining IAM workflows while partnering with cross-functional teams.

Salary: USD 117,800 - 147,600 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field (equivalent work experience may be considered).
  • •5+ years of cybersecurity, systems engineering, or IAM experience.
  • •3+ years administering Microsoft Entra ID / Azure Active Directory.
  • •Experience supporting hybrid identity architectures.
  • •Experience with audit, compliance, and governance activities.
