Duty Manager

Oversee the day-to-day operation of the Quarry Swimming and Fitness Centre, ensuring safe, efficient delivery of activities and a welcoming experience for visitors. Lead, support, and supervise colleagues on shift, delegate duties, and ensure compliance with health and safety procedures, company policies, and relevant legislation. Handle emergencies confidently, and help improve operational performance by monitoring KPIs and following agreed processes.
