Job Summary

Own the Engineering Change Order (ECO) process end-to-end, from problem statement documentation through implementation and execution. Prioritize ECO review, ensure completeness (including BOM structure and product/customer impact), route changes, and coordinate across impacted teams. Mediate issues across division lines, support Change Implementation Board and Change Control Board activities, and drive continuous process improvement using KPIs while communicating status and training ECO participants.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and manage the ECO process from initial problem statement through implementation and execution.
•Review ECOs for content completeness, BOM structure, and internal/external customer and organizational impact.
•Determine effects of ECOs on products and processes, route ECOs, and ensure correct evaluation and approvals via boards.
•Coordinate with impacted EC analysts, verify appropriate Change Implementation Board members, and communicate issues for ECO correctness.
•Train/coach ECO participants, mediate conflicts, and continuously improve the ECO process using KPIs and documentation.

•Bachelor's degree.
•3 to 6 years of experience.
•Knowledge of Engineering Change Order (ECO) processes, forms, instructions, and policies.
•Knowledge of PDM and BOMs/item master theory.
•Working knowledge of engineering change management software (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and PLM tools (e.g., Team Center Engineering, Windchill).
