Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee the direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of AV systems integration projects.
  • •Ensure projects meet time, scope, budget, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • •Facilitate internal and external project kickoff meetings and coordinate activities across Sales, Engineering, Programming, Fabrication & Installation, customers, and third parties.
  • •Create and manage project schedules, coordinate resources, identify and manage project risks, and resolve issues (including escalation).
  • •Manage project expenditures and reporting, verify quality of work, handle change order procedures, and provide close-out documentation while maintaining customer relationships.

Key Requirements

  • •3 to 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the Audio Visual, Construction, Technology or related industry.
  • •Proven project management and team leadership experience.

  • •Knowledge of technical, contractual, and construction documents, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and MSProject schedule software.
