Senior Project Surveyor - Post Contract

Lead site-based post-contract delivery on building projects in Abu Dhabi, coordinating with design and client teams. Manage procurement/tendering, cost data, and cash-flow, while evaluating claims, variations, and final accounts. Prepare financial updates, earned value and progress reports, and ensure confidentiality and professionalism within a large, collaborative team.
