Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure team adherence to safety requirements and participate in EHS activities to achieve zero safety violations.
  • •Assign work to operators each shift and ensure operators follow standard operating procedures.
  • •Monitor product and process conditions throughout the shift and recommend improvements to team and management.
  • •Assist with troubleshooting related to process and quality concerns, and coordinate recovery of non-conforming/off-spec material with the lab.
  • •Complete and submit required shift production reports and assist with time and attendance records; maintain a clean work environment.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma/G.E.D. or equivalent.
  • •Minimum of one (1) year experience in manufacturing positions with increasing responsibilities.
  • •Able to successfully perform production operator responsibilities (lab, operator, and warehouse).
  • •Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
  • •Basic math and computer skills; ability to stand for 12 hours and lift up to 50 lbs multiple times per day.
