Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and lead Red Team activities and penetration testing offerings as a primary point of contact.
  • •Plan, oversee, and execute Red Team assessments across the Kill Chain and MITRE ATT&CK framework.
  • •Develop reporting for both management and technical audiences, including mitigation strategies based on engagement results.
  • •Organize resources to perform assessments of operating systems, applications, databases, and network infrastructure components.
  • •Provide specialized guidance during enterprise-wide crisis scenarios and operate as both an operator and project manager.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in Red Team and penetration testing activities.
  • •Minimum 1 year of experience in a leadership role is highly preferred.
  • •Advanced experience with security assessment toolsets such as Metasploit, NMAP, Cobalt Strike, Nessus, and Burp Suite.
  • •Comprehensive understanding of security methodologies, technologies, and best practices, including Red Teaming and adversary emulation assessments.
  • •Advanced experience with networking components and knowledge of firewalls, proxies, mail servers, and web servers.
