Key Responsibilities

•Partner with strategic Lifesciences customers to assess Industry Cloud implementations and recommend technical architecture and solution design.
•Provide proactive and reactive guidance as a Lifesciences SME on architecture, technology strategy, thought leadership, and product best practices.
•Simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences, from technical teams to executive leadership.
•Identify capability gaps and design inefficiencies, recommending enhancements or custom solutions to drive customer success and adoption.
•Tailor Success Architect playbooks to meet the unique challenges and opportunities of Industry Cloud customers and build strong internal/external relationships.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in software, system, or enterprise architecture with experience in Lifesciences domain.
•Expertise in Salesforce products, platform capabilities, technical governance, and best practices.
•Experience with large-scale, complex implementations including SaaS, PaaS, multi-tenancy, and multi-tier infrastructure.
•Strong knowledge of enterprise application integration, including process orchestration, master data management, AI, analytics, and security best practices.
•Ability to assess business objectives, propose solution options, and drive stakeholder alignment.
