Key Responsibilities

  • •Proactively analyze business performance and KPIs; provide analytical, strategic, and financial support to senior management.
  • •Own and analyze monthly P&L, annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and strategic planning; prepare partner financial reporting.
  • •Build and revamp financial models and reports (P&L, efficiency metrics, margin analysis, buying ratios) and develop operational trackers for special events and up-sell activity.
  • •Collaborate across teams (premium seating sales, marketing, talent bookers, venue managers) to analyze emerging trends and support pricing strategies.
  • •Manage a team of 11 finance professionals, lead financial meetings and divisional board meetings, prepare presentations, and lead local financial audit.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • •5+ years of experience in the job offered position, Controller, Finance Director, or related occupation.
  • •Experience performing analytical and data modeling to improve operational performance.
  • •Experience with multiple worksheets and external databases, including pivot tables and writing nested functions.
  • •Experience with US GAAP and financial statement reporting, including relational databases and data mining/statistical analysis tools.
