Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the Forward Deployed Engineering function with executive leadership, delivery standards, and operational accountability for AI deployment across business lines.
  • •Define and execute the forward deployment strategy, including scoping, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, enablement, and sustainability within each business environment.
  • •Build and develop a high-performing forward deployed engineering team through hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance management, and career development.
  • •Manage the business line deployment pipeline from intake and prioritization through scoping, integration readiness, go-live, and post-deployment support.
  • •Partner with Forge product, platform, agentic, application, data, security, and QA teams to ensure capabilities are deployment-ready, integration-tested, and enterprise-grade.

  • •Equivalent combination of advanced education and related experience, including 15 years managing software engineers/systems analysts, plus experience managing large staff and budget responsibilities.
  • •Translate enterprise-level strategic plans into software and data management needs and turn them into effective business solutions.
  • •Executive-level communication skills, including negotiation/facilitation/presentation, and experience negotiating with vendors.
  • •Significant knowledge of current and emerging application software products and tools.
