Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive product from the press, stack and palletize items, and print pallet labels with Pecas using job docket and set-up sheet information.
  • •Ensure correct loading of product onto pallets and verify job quality and accuracy; promptly notify operators of problems or errors.
  • •Perform downtime support and make-ready activities including purging product, changing impression rollers, print unit cassettes, and cylinders/pumps as required.
  • •Maintain OHSE compliance, wear required PPE, and follow established procedures for hazardous materials/waste handling and safe disposal.
  • •If applicable, operate forklift equipment for loading/unloading, material movement, labeling spot checks, waste/core handling, and complete required inspection paperwork.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or GED) and one to three years of related production experience and/or training, or equivalent education and experience.
  • •Very good mechanical and physical ability, including the ability to lift up to 60 lbs and perform prolonged standing, bending, reaching, and other physical tasks.
  • •Forklift operators must have and maintain safety training for operation of company equipment.
  • •Ability to rotate shifts and be available to work in excess of 8 hours per day and/or 40 hours per week when necessary.
