Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage relevant business unit experts to explore client opportunities and provide maintenance and holistic advice on assigned relationships through cross-selling and identifying client needs.
  • •Execute and/or submit client account servicing activities, including wires and fund transfers, opening/closing accounts, maintaining accurate records, imaging documents, and researching client issues.
  • •Communicate proactively with relationship management and NCSS teams to obtain information needed to properly execute requested activities.
  • •Handle paying and receiving activities, including cash transactions and daily balancing, and follow WM Lobby Banking Operations policies and procedures.
  • •Support safe deposit box maintenance (where available), maintain knowledge of client servicing applications, escalate risk/compliance issues, and mentor/train other personal bankers as directed.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years of related experience.
  • •Knowledge of banking operations, products and services (preferred through related experience).
  • •Knowledge of federal regulations and banking guidelines (usually acquired through related work experience or formal training).
  • •Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills to research and resolve requests and manage conflicting priorities.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
