Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and organize mechanics’ workloads, ensuring tasks are completed within budget and using resources effectively while following company procedures.
  • •Develop and support quality job plans with the planner and participate in field walk-throughs.
  • •Conduct and support troubleshooting and failure root cause analysis; repair electrical and mechanical equipment and assist other mechanics.
  • •Maintain the preventive maintenance program by evaluating schedules and monitoring weekly preventative maintenance work orders.
  • •Participate in safety programs, conduct safety observations, ensure schedule adherence, advise on parts and supplies, and provide training as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •5–8 years of prior experience in industrial maintenance at an industrial manufacturing facility.
  • •High school diploma or GED; prefer related certification/degree (industrial/electrical/mechanical engineering, industrial electricity/motor controls, Journeyman’s Card, welding, or fluid power systems).
  • •Availability for overtime or weekends on short notice and ability to provide on-call service when required.
  • •Valid driver’s license and willingness to complete pre-employment screening (background check, physical, and drug screening).
  • •Ability to read and interpret schematics/diagrams/blueprints and troubleshoot equipment effectively; strong math and computer skills (SAP preferred).
