  • •Own the written vision for AI-native experiences in the Employee Hub and keep it current as experience principles and reference experiences.
  • •Guide and manage a team of 8 product designers embedded across product tribes, owning vision alignment for what they design.
  • •Lead the transition to the AI shift for both experience design and daily design tooling adoption.
  • •Translate desk and frontline needs into AI-native experiences across web and mobile.
  • •Drive skill-building and craft as AI tooling matures, ensuring what the team ships reflects the AI-native standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Articulate and land a UX vision that guides product design outcomes.
  • •Have designed AI experiences such as agents, copilots, generative UI, and conversational products.
  • •Experience designing for frontline users or mobile-first audiences, with an understanding of why AI patterns may differ from desktop.
  • •Manage several designers for 3+ years, including setting objectives, leveling up, and handling difficult conversations.
  • •Comfortable being a player-coach and managing through change during transformation.
