Provide warm, knowledgeable guidance to customers in-store, helping them discover their personal style and build complete looks with Kate Spade products. Drive sales through storytelling and strong customer connections, while maintaining operational excellence such as stockroom organization and POS transactions. Work a flexible retail schedule, including nights and weekends, and share/receive feedback to continuously improve the customer experience.
