Senior Product Quality and Reliability Engineer

Lead quality and reliability for Networking system products, providing leadership in product performance and quality. Establish and optimize quality management methods to achieve high quality performance, ensure readiness for high-volume manufacturing, mentor root-cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement across design, verification, and manufacturing throughout the product life cycle. Work cross-functionally to resolve customer quality issues and strengthen risk-based processes.
