Ensure user-generated content meets community guidelines by performing daily quality inspections, audits, queue assignment, and escalation handling. Analyze evaluator quality scores, run root-cause analysis, and monitor project data to produce reports for R&D and product stakeholders. Localize guidelines, coordinate training schedules, and deliver process/product guideline training to new joiners, while supporting product knowledge tests and feedback loops.

•Perform daily operational tasks including quality inspection, guideline/process optimization, queue assignment, and escalation handling for the evaluation project.
•Collaborate with stakeholders to stay updated on guideline developments and provide feedback on implementation and execution.
•Conduct daily audits on an internal system and deliver error analysis and feedback to stakeholders (R&D & Product Manager).
•Monitor evaluator quality scores, perform root-cause analysis with the management team, and record daily output and quality metrics.
•Localize guidelines, design training schedules, coordinate stakeholder go-live activities, and deliver training to new joiners; support product knowledge tests and result analysis.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience.
•Fluency in Hungarian is required; fluent English is also required for working language.
•Work experience in search engines and social media platforms, with relevant search business experience.
•Experience in cross-functional work and stakeholder management.
•Strong analysis and communication skills with flexibility.
