Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform daily operational tasks including quality inspection, guideline/process optimization, queue assignment, and escalation handling for the evaluation project.
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders to stay updated on guideline developments and provide feedback on implementation and execution.
  • •Conduct daily audits on an internal system and deliver error analysis and feedback to stakeholders (R&D & Product Manager).
  • •Monitor evaluator quality scores, perform root-cause analysis with the management team, and record daily output and quality metrics.
  • •Localize guidelines, design training schedules, coordinate stakeholder go-live activities, and deliver training to new joiners; support product knowledge tests and result analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience.
  • •Fluency in Hungarian is required; fluent English is also required for working language.
  • •Work experience in search engines and social media platforms, with relevant search business experience.
  • •Experience in cross-functional work and stakeholder management.
  • •Strong analysis and communication skills with flexibility.
