Key Responsibilities

•Inspect, diagnose, and repair vehicles to meet CarMax quality and safety standards.
•Collaborate with a skilled team to solve technical challenges quickly and effectively.
•Recondition vehicles across major systems including engines, brakes, steering, suspension, and HVAC.
•Uphold CarMax’s commitment to customer satisfaction and trust.
•Follow CarMax Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) requirements and keep the work area clean and orderly.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 35.18 - 46.35 hourly

Key Requirements

•Experience repairing engines, steering and suspension, brakes, and HVAC systems (as needed for the role).
•Strong understanding of health and safety compliance.
•Ability to lift heavy objects and work on your feet for extended periods.
•Skilled at managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
•Valid driver’s license; where required, maintain ASE Certifications (A1, A2, A3, A4, A5, A6, A7, A8).
