Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead execution of the IPS Business Unit Control framework.
  • •Facilitate RCSA workshops and help stakeholders identify, document, review, and escalate risks.
  • •Design and execute risk-based control testing and track control effectiveness, remediation, and KRIs/KCIs through dashboards.
  • •Support Internal Audit, External Audit, regulatory reviews, and coordinate audit remediation and action-plan closure.
  • •Lead incident and issue management, including investigations, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and risk acceptance decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • •10+ years of experience in Operational Risk, Business Controls, Risk Management, Internal Audit, Compliance, or Financial Services Operations.
  • •Experience facilitating Risk & Control Self-Assessments (RCSA).
  • •Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI skills.
  • •Professional certifications such as CRISC, CISA, CIA, PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or Operational Risk certifications are an added advantage.
