Key Responsibilities

  • •Support HR Business Partners with day-to-day business partnership across multiple client groups.
  • •Assist with talent management initiatives, including performance management, organizational planning, and employee development.
  • •Analyze HR data and prepare reports, dashboards, and insights to support workforce planning and business decisions.
  • •Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, team events, and organizational culture programs.
  • •Support organizational design, headcount planning, and people-related projects, and partner with cross-functional HR teams on related initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Organizational Development, Economics, or related fields.
  • •Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to build relationships across diverse stakeholders.
  • •Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to interpret data to develop actionable insights.
  • •Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, and available full-time for a 3–6 month internship.
