Key Responsibilities

•Operate and manage SMBs, supporting their growth and being accountable for tier upgrades of creator networks.
•Identify common development issues for SMBs, formulate targeted operation strategies and business SOPs, and continuously optimize the large-scale operation system.
•Increase the scale of newly onboarded creator networks by designing large-scale introduction strategies and onboarding processes.
•Accelerate the growth of new creator networks.
•Work on impactful short-term projects to gain real-world operational experience in LIVE Operations.

Key Requirements

•Expected start date ASAP and able to attend at least 5 days and 40 hours per week.
•Commit to a minimum 6 months internship.
•Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in Business/Marketing/Communications or a related technical discipline.
•Experience serving B2B users and a sense of data.
•Able to collaborate across teams with strong communication and learning abilities.
