•Partnering with hiring managers to deeply understand problems, calibrate signals, and continuously raise the hiring bar.
•Designing and executing search strategies—from market mapping and outreach to interview design and closing.
•Managing multiple complex searches simultaneously without sacrificing candidate experience or quality.
•Acting as a trusted advisor to candidates, guiding them through a rigorous process with clarity, empathy, and conviction.
